2 – Yogurt

Yogurt is full of good bacteria that your body needs to stay healthy. It is also a great source of Vitamin D, which helps reduce oral bacteria. Shoot for sugar-free yogurt for the best results, as the sugar in some flavored yogurts can wear away teeth.

3 – Fruits and Vegetables
